PES hot melt adhesive film, also known as polyester hot melt adhesive film, is a common type in hot melt adhesive film product categories. PES hot melt adhesive film is a hot melt adhesive film product made of polyester as the main raw material.
Polyester is a general term for polymers containing an ester group (—COO—) in the main chain. It can be divided into two categories: unsaturated polyester and thermoplastic polyester. When polyester is used as a hot melt adhesive substrate, thermoplastic polyester, that is, linearly saturated polyester, should be used as the raw material for the hot melt adhesive substrate. It is usually formed by condensation of binary carboxylic acid and dialcohol or alkyd acid.
PES hot melt adhesive film is generally milky white or transparent. It is usually produced using a coating method, so the most common type of product is a stripped paper type. PES hot melt adhesive film usually has good washing resistance, but it is not as good as TPU hot melt adhesive film. The high temperature resistance and low temperature resistance of PES hot melt adhesive film are not poor, but they are not outstanding. The recommended temperature for use is usually between 110℃ and 160℃, depending on the formulation components of the specific product model.
PES hot melt adhesive film has good adhesion to various materials, such as metals, ceramics, fabrics, wood, plastics, leather, rubber, etc. It is widely used in clothing, electrical appliances, electronics, footwear, construction and other industries. In the field of clothing, PES hot melt adhesive film will be used to affix embroidered trademarks; in the electronics field, PES hot melt adhesive film will be used to bond polyester foam and conductive cloth; in the field of construction, PES hot melt adhesive film can usually bond composite sheets; in the field of electrical appliances, PES hot melt adhesive film can be used to bond the metal tubes of refrigerator condenser evaporators. These are some of the application scenarios we are engaging in and promoting. Of course, there are more applications that I won't list.
In short, PES hot melt adhesive film is a hot melt adhesive film product with a wide range of adhesion. In particular, when it comes to bonding metal materials, PES hot melt adhesive film has obvious advantages over conventional EVA hot melt adhesive film or TPU hot melt adhesive film. If you have some material bonding problems that cannot be solved, or if the strength of using EVA hot melt adhesive film does not meet the requirements, you might as well try PES hot melt adhesive film.

Washing performance: washable at 40℃ or 60℃. Specific experimental confirmation is recommended for fabrics that require bonding.

Note: The pressing temperature and pressing time are only recommended process conditions. They are related to the thickness of the pressing equipment, the thickness of the bonded material, the thermal conductivity, and pressure. Users need to confirm experimentally according to specific conditions.
